Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and abc678 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your access to and use of the abc678 website at https://abc678.app, including all associated games, betting markets, account services, promotional offers, and support channels.

By completing the account registration process on abc678, you acknowledge and confirm the following:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their content.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.
• You meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own discretion and risk.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the abc678 platform and refrain from registering an account or making any deposit. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any updates or amendments made to them from time to time.

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the abc678 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. All conditions must be satisfied simultaneously. Players who fail to meet any one of these requirements are not permitted to use the platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

Any winnings accumulated by an underage account will be forfeited in full. abc678 reserves the right to report underage gambling attempts to relevant authorities in Bangladesh where required by applicable law.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of this platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. abc678 makes no representation that the platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.

2.3 Mental Capacity and Self-Exclusion

You must be of sound mind and acting under your own free will when using the platform. Players who are currently subject to a voluntary self-exclusion order — whether applied through abc678 directly or through any other gambling operator — are not permitted to register a new account or resume use of an existing account during the exclusion period. Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering a new account constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Account Registration and Verification

To use the abc678 platform, you must register a personal account. Each player is entitled to hold exactly one active account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, mobile numbers, or devices — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and funds forfeited.

3.1 Registration Information

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document.
• A valid mobile number registered in your name in Bangladesh (used for account verification, OTP delivery, and security alerts).

• A secure account password of your own choosing.

Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account at the time of discovery.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

abc678 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard online platform practice. Identity verification is required before any withdrawal is processed from your account. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• Passport (valid or recently expired, at the discretion of the verification team).
• Driver's licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last 90 days).

abc678 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions. Submitted documents are handled in accordance with the abc678 Privacy Policy.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password, OTP codes, or account access with any other person. abc678 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your login credentials. Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the abc678 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). abc678 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited to the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200.
• The minimum deposit amount for bank transfer methods is ৳500.
• Deposits are credited to your abc678 wallet promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and network conditions.
• abc678 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which abc678 accepts no responsibility.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account review and potential suspension.
• Once a deposit has been credited to your abc678 wallet, it is considered final and non-refundable except in the case of a confirmed platform error.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per day is subject to the limits published in the abc678 payment policy, which may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as a security measure to prevent money laundering.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal request is approved. Requests submitted by accounts with incomplete verification will be held pending document submission.
• abc678 aims to process withdrawal requests in a timely manner. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within the standard processing window. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
• abc678 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests. Players may be asked to confirm their identity or the source of funds before a withdrawal is released.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

abc678 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by its individual terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each bonus offer.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonus offers cannot be retrospectively applied.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New abc678 players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The welcome bonus offer, including the matched percentage, maximum bonus amount in BDT, wagering requirement, minimum qualifying deposit, and eligible games, is published on the abc678 promotions page. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

abc678 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a single-use bonus more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, using automated software to place bonus bets, and exploiting errors or loopholes in bonus calculation systems. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonus funds and derived winnings will be forfeited.

Section 6

Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

abc678 offers a range of game formats including live casino, slots, instant win games (Fortune Bingo, Mines Grand), and sports betting on cricket and other sports. Each game category is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. These general gameplay rules apply across all categories.

6.1 Game Outcomes and RNG

All random-outcome games on abc678 — including slots, Fortune Bingo, and Mines Grand — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by the player or by abc678. 6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets, including cricket betting on BPL, T20 internationals, IPL, and other tournaments, are governed by the abc678 sportsbook rules. Key principles include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Once confirmed, odds are locked regardless of subsequent market movements.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief processing delay. abc678 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event has already been determined.
• abc678 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a market that was offered due to a system error, or placed in circumstances that suggest match manipulation or insider knowledge.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real time from studios operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each live game — roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti — are those applied by the game studio. Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the abc678 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account funds, and — where the conduct is of a criminal nature — referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities in Bangladesh.

• Multiple account registration: Creating more than one account for any purpose, including to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent a suspension.
• Identity fraud: Registering an account using another person's identity, documents, or payment details.
• Underage access: Registering or using the platform if you are under the age of 18, or facilitating access by a person under 18.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino or poker-style formats.
• Match fixing or insider betting: Placing bets based on inside knowledge of a sporting event's outcome, or engaging in or facilitating match manipulation.
• Chargeback fraud: Disputing a legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider after using the deposited funds on the platform.
• Money laundering: Using the abc678 platform to process, disguise, or transfer the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotion mechanics in bad faith, as described in Section 5.3 of these Terms.
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair financial advantage.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward abc678 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

Section 8

Account Suspension and Closure

abc678 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment from a payment provider.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under abc678's Responsible Gaming policy.
• A legal obligation imposed on abc678 by applicable law or a competent authority.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their abc678 account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Where a real money balance remains in the account at the time of closure request, withdrawal of that balance to the registered payment method will be arranged prior to final closure, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no open bets or active bonus wagering requirements remain.

8.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by abc678 — all bonus funds, free spins, and promotional credits in the account are immediately forfeited. Real money balances are handled as described in Section 8.1 for voluntary closures, or in accordance with abc678's internal procedures for enforced closures. Players whose accounts have been closed due to a breach of these Terms are not permitted to re-register.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abc678 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond abc678's reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any nature.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

abc678's total liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to their abc678 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits abc678's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Bangladeshi law.

Section 10

Amendments to These Terms

abc678 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made in response to changes in applicable law, platform functionality, payment methods, game offerings, or operational requirements.

When material amendments are made to these Terms, abc678 will notify registered players by SMS to their registered mobile number or by a notification displayed upon next login to the platform. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Continued use of the abc678 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
